To Our Valued Clients, 

 

We know how important it is for you to take a class and we strive to make our schedule as accommodating as possible. We therefore ask that you are considerate of your fellow Fitness Figures colleagues in regards to our cancellation policy in order for anyone on the wait list to be able to be added to the class in adequate time.  This policy will be followed with immediate effect.

 

We kindly ask that you make any necessary cancellations for 

a) all morning classes before 8:00 pm the night before, 

b) for all other classes please cancel at least 4 hours prior to class. 

Late cancellations or no shows after the cut-off period may result in either 

(a) the loss of the class (for those clients with individual class packages or a groupon package) 

(b) a charge of $5 to your account (for those clients with monthly memberships)
